Frances Down
Frances has a broad commercial background, gained whilst training as an accountant within the air industry. Frances joined Brooks & Co in 1982 becoming a partner in 1990. Frances mainly specialises in tax, including capital taxes, trusts and estate planning, but also has an extremely broad client base consisting of small to medium sized limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. Although enjoying the cut and thrust of the business world, Frances has always had an abiding passion for farming and in her spare time enjoys running her smallholding in Sussex.
Mike Harding
Mike entered professional practice in 1985, qualifying in 1991 before leaving to establish his own practice, subsequently merging and becoming a partner with Brooks & Co in 1999. Mike has dealt with a wide range of clients throughout his career specialising in a small to medium sector and business start ups. Mike lives in Surrey with his family and is a keen sportsman, playing rugby and golf and following most other sports, with other leisure interests including motor cycling.
Roger Ferris
Roger qualified in 1971 having trained with a local firm becoming a partner shortly after qualifying. Roger became a partner in Brooks & Co when merging his client base in 1994. Roger is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and has a diverse and varied client portfolio. Roger is a very keen golfer and lives in Sussex.
Kevin Dixon
Kevin entered the profession in 1982, training with a small practice before joining a medium sized London based firm in 1986 and qualifying in 1989. Following 15 years at a firm based in Surrey, Kevin joined Brooks & Co in 2006, and currently handles a diverse portfolio of small to medium sized businesses. In his spare time Kevin enjoys socialising and listening to music.
Sundry A Sundaran
Sundry commenced training in 1982 with a small 2 partner firm in Sutton, Surrey before moving to a medium sized firm in Croydon. After qualifying in 1990, Sundry became a partner in the Accounting Company LLP, responsible for a wide variety of clients and businesses. In 2007 Sundry merged her practice with Brooks & Co, becoming a partner in the firm. Sundry is a keen badminton player and enjoys socialising.
